I regaled him with stories of my wet shaving escapades and showcased some of my Instagram posts. Mathews, an encyclopedia of shaving wisdom, guided me through an impressive assortment of products. He even generously shared his recommendations and addressed my technical queries. Our conversation delved into best practices and the nuances of the shaving world. Although the slots for wet shaves were fully booked, he left me with a promise to return and experience the artistry firsthand. The final destination on my wet shaving pilgrimage was TrueFitt & Hill, an embodiment of elegance nestled on St. James Street. Engaging in conversation with a knowledgeable attendant, I delved into my wet shaving journey. The attendant's mention of a sample pack was intriguing, though I couldn't shake the feeling of commercialization.
